It requires making a ring from copper in the 3rd mansion of the moon and into which you place a stone called lazuli, into which must be engraved this figure and in the hollow bowing of the stone one must also insert the word Dalet written on virgin parchment with the blood of a white dove, and cense it in aloeswood.

with the hair of the person who made it.

Table of the Properties of the Rings.
- The 1st is for having a stag pursued by hounds.
- The 2nd for having a familiar spirit.
- The 3rd for "knowing" a woman or maiden.
- The 4th for becoming invisible.
- The 5th for having a horse which carries you or whatever you want without any trouble.
- The 6th serves to cure all sorts of illnesses and wounds, but one must take care that if one uses it for someone else that he needs to make and write the figure upon the ground and in a place where it is unable to be erased or else the illness or wound that the afflicted person had would come instead to the one who would be assisting in his cure and the afflicted person would be cured.
- The 7th serves to protect against all malign spirits. It requires making the figure in a place where it cannot be erased.
- The 8th serves to heal the eyes. It requires, for use, the same as for the 6th ring.
- The 9th ring serves to catch a good quantity of fish.
- The 10th serves to catch a good quantity of wild birds.
- The 11th serves to vanquish one's enemies.
- The 12th serves to obtain whatever favors one would request of a King, of a Prince, or a Nobleman. It requires taking care against erasing the figure so that the grace would not be granted.
